Kevin's professional life has taken him from the tennis courts to the world of mechanical engineering and now to real estate. A licensed real estate agent, Kevin has also owned residential investment properties. After graduating from Texas A&M University with bachelor's and master's degrees in mechanical engineering, Kevin designed power generation and military gas turbine engines. He was an engineering manager for Alstom Power, Inc. in France. Kevin has "retired" from engineering and now focuses on real estate, particularly property management, sales, and foreclosure investing. Kevin grew up playing tennis and golf and has enjoyed the athletic and social aspects of the club atmosphere since his teenage years when his family joined Royal Oaks Racquet Club in College Station. He played at Odessa College and finished the 1988 season ranked #6 in the country and later was a tennis professional at Royal Oaks. He and his wife, Katie, reside in the Sugar Land area with their four-year-old son, Kaylin. In addition to family time, tennis and golf are integral parts of Kevin's life. A board member of Sweetwater Country Club, he currently plays in the USTA Team Tennis League and hits the links with a 9 handicap
