Abstract:
A method of removing reactive metal from a metal-coated reactor system, comprising contacting at least a portion of a metal-coated reactor system containing reactive metal with a getter to produce movable metal, and fixating the movable metal, the getter, or both. The contacting is preferably done prior to catalyst loading. A preferred coating metal comprises tin and a preferred getter comprises HCl. The invention is also a method for reducing catalyst contamination from a metal which was used to coat a reactor system. The method comprises contacting a metal-coated reactor system, with a gaseous halogen-containing compound to produce movable metal; thereafter or simultaneously, at least a portion of the movable metal is removed from the reactor system. Then a halided catalyst is loaded into the reactor system.

Abstract:
Methods and systems for generating information to be used for selecting values for parameter(s) of a detection algorithm are provided. One method includes without user intervention performing a scan of an area of a wafer using an inspection system and default values for parameter(s) of a detection algorithm to detect defects on the wafer. The method also includes selecting a portion of the defects from results of the scan based on a predetermined maximum number of total defects to be used for selecting values for the parameter(s) of the detection algorithm. An engineered composite building material, such as fiber cement, having one or more engineered sub-surface regions designed to provide the building material with improved moisture ingress resistance, paint adhesion, and other mechanical properties is provided. The sub-surface region has a cement-polymer matrix formed by introducing an impregnating agent into the pores of the substrate. The composite building material may be formed by applying impregnating agents to the subsurface regions of the substrate to form chemical and/or mechanical bonds with the matrix of the building material, the reinforcement fibers, and/or the surface coatings applied to the material. The thickness of the sub-surface regions may be controlled by varying the viscosity and porosity of the building material substrate. The present invention relates generally to selecting optimum patterns based on diffraction signature analysis, and more particularly to, using the optimum patterns for mask-optimization for lithographic imaging. A respective diffraction map is generated for each of a plurality of target patterns from an initial larger set of target patterns from the design layout. Diffraction signatures are identified from the various diffraction maps. The plurality of target patterns is grouped into various diffraction-signature groups, the target patterns in a specific diffraction-signature group having similar diffraction signature. A subset of target patterns is selected to cover all possible diffraction-signature groups, such that the subset of target patterns represents at least a part of the design layout for the lithographic process. The grouping of the plurality of target patterns may be governed by predefined rules based on similarity of diffraction signature. The predefined rules comprise coverage relationships existing between the various diffraction-signature groups.
