I am a Realtor with 23 years experience in residential real estate sales. I began my career in 1986 when I received my Salespersons license. I later completed course requirements and received my Broker's license in 1992. I work with both Buyers and Sellers, in both new construction and resale homes. I am honored that much of my business comes repeat cients and from referrals from satisfied clients. That is the greatest compliment I can receive. I am a member of the Birmingham Association of Realtors and the Greater Birmingham Association of Homebuilders. I am a life member of the Birmingham Association's Club of Excellence, which awards agents this honor for achievement in Sales. I currently represent two developers in New Home communities. The first, Tyler Crest, is a development of 32 townhomes in the Bluff Park community of Hoover, AL. We have 2 and 3 bedroom homes starting at $189,900. The second, Huntington Ridge in Homewood, AL is a 14-home development of all brick, 4 BR homes starting in the upper $390,000 range.
