Hello! Since you are probably considering a real estate agent to either purchases or sell a home, I would like to introduce myself and my philosophy. My career in real estate began in 1975. In 1996, I became a full time agent and a licensed apprentice appraiser. My broker’s license followed a few years later. My work has taken me to all four corners of Union and Middlesex County and many others parts of New Jersey. Buying or selling a property is a team effort involving your attorney, the mortgage company, appraisers and inspectors. Getting it done requires an agent who is good at organizing, coordinating and overseeing all of the details and most importantly negotiations. Making the best decisions for a smooth transaction can be stressful, and I believe I can best help a client by taking the time to explain the process, attend to details, help to select properties to show and finally to efficiently manage the negotiations. My expertise includes foreclosures, short sales, planning and development. Additionally, I have experience with local boards of adjustment and planning, zoning ordinances, land use and master plan issues such as subdivisions, and new constructions. Contribution to the community has been an honor for me, helping at the Greater Elizabeth Chamber of Commerce as a past director and current member. Currently, I serve as a trustee for the Elizabeth Development Company, and also an active member of the State of New Jersey Planning Officials. Winning sale awards is not necessarily a main goal in my life; however, I have won several, due to the continued satisfaction and referral of past clients, and the support of my staff and family.
