The team identifies issues that need to be addressed in the project and begins to transform the functional solutions and aesthetic expression with the clients' vision into a final unifying concept. The final solution should stress preeminence of function, incorporate high-quality workmanship, and deliver the superior aesthetic required in achieving client satisfaction in any given project regardless of scale. Gideon Pointe works with both residential and commercial property owners as well as autonomously in developing and managing properties. We act on behalf of the owner to preserve the value of the property while generating income for the owner. Managed properties include residential and vacation properties, commercial retail space or industrial warehouse space. We are typically paid a fee and/or a percentage of the rent brought in for the property while under our management. Gideon Pointe, Inc. manages properties in Lawrenceville, Bloomfield, Downtown and Ben Avon. When designing properties for privately held homes, the designers at Gideon Pointe, Inc. and our subsidiary company, Space Plan, work closely with each client, architect and builder to prepare and provide a design package that relates to the architecture and reflects the clients' dreams for their home oasis. When our group is hired at the beginning of a project, we are typically involved in every aspect of the design process. Prior to making any selections, we assist in identifying the client's style, assisting with that style, and introducing the client to options they may not have originally considered. After establishing the overall atmosphere of the home or office, we begin to focus on more specific selections. Then we guide you every step of the way until your vision is realized.
