Blake began his real estate career while attending the University of Texas when he began remodeling property near the school campus. In the midst of construction and learning the market, a lifetime real estate investor was born. After graduating from UT, Blake went on to work for one of the premier downtown brokerage agencies before establishing Taylor Real Estate in 2006. Today, Blake has become a fixture in the downtown Austin real estate market, providing consultation and brokerage services for some of Austin's most innovative residential and mixed use developments. His client base ranges from national level development firms to local builders, investors and homeowners. Blake prides himself on providing his clients with an arsenal of knowledge to best guide their real estate decisions.
